When does the Hotel Reception take reservations?

The reception is open 24/7.

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Of course. It is possible to use the parking lot in the affiliated garage a few meters from our hotel.

Of course. The lift serves all five floors of the building.

 

After checking out can I temporarily leave my luggage at the hotel and pick it up before I leave?

Of course. Luggage can be held until the guest wishes.

We accept Master Card, Dinners Club, American Express, all Visa and ATM cards.

 

Which underground station is the closest to the hotel?

The closest is Termini station at only 100 meters from the hotel.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Standard fare: cancellation is possible and free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival. In case of no-show at the hotel or cancellation after the deadline the full amount will be charged.

No refund rate: free cancellation is not allowed. The full amount is charged immediately after the booking.

However, the cancellation policy is always explained in the booking voucher.

Children under 3 years of age can stay with us free of charge and have a bed or crib to sleep in.

 

How often is linen changed in the rooms?

During your stay, the linen is changed every 48 hours.
